JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Manager of Sales Enablement will join a team that will be responsible for helping Sysco transform how we enable one of the largest sales organizations in North America through industry-leading best practices and tools.
Specifically, this role will be responsible for the creation, development, delivery, and evolution of enablement programs and tools that enhance the frontline execution of sales processes. The role relies on a person’s deep understanding of sales processes, sales systems, and innovative enablement solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with sales leaders to define solutions to execute enterprise-wide sales initiatives, impacting 6000+ front line sales associates, sales leaders, and sales support professionals
Define end to end solutions that include sales process design, enabling technologies, and plans to commercialize and operationalize solutions in a distributed sales organization
Work cross-functionally with sales leadership, technology, marketing, analytics, customer experience, and training teams to develop and execute solutions
Develop, execute, and iterate on concept tests to determine the viability of new programs and to deliver new capabilities to the organization
Construct a business case for solutions, with a clear roadmap for ROI (return on investment)
Develop key metrics that indicate success, both leading and lagging indicators
Create change management strategies and plans that drive faster adoption, higher utilization, and proficiency of solutions and tools
Identify and structure the ecosystem of enabling technologies by sales roles and evaluate the fit/gap of technologies required to enables sales solutions
Drive continuous innovation in enablement programs and tools to enhance overall experience and excellence across the sales and sales support teams
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's degree in business or technology concentrations required
Experience
7+ years of professional work experience in a related discipline, e.g., sales business, functional or support role OR
3+ years working in a professional services organization, with demonstrated work experience in sales functions
2+ years of experience working in Salesforce platform or other CRM technologies
Expert in MS Office Suite
Experience in implementing technologies, CRM preferred

Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize feedback and direction from multiple stakeholders
Excellent presentation skills that can be tailored for audiences at multiple levels in the organization
Excellent problem-solving skills, using an analytical and logical approach to solve complex problems
Self-starter that is able to work independently, in a fast-paced environment while delivering high quality and service levels
Ability to engage, align, and mobilize stakeholders to build consensus as to appropriate
Ability to facilitate cross-functional stakeholder meetings to gather and structure business requirements that inform solution specification and execution
Strong general business acumen
Working knowledge of change management and adoption methods
Ability to multitask and work on multiple assignments at the same time
