Transportation Clerk

This is an entry level position to assist with daily operations of the Transportation Department. Schedule will include Saturday or Sunday work, based on business needs.

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Review drivers’ paperwork. Check driver logs, fuel receipts, and expense reports for accuracy.

  • Assist Transportation Supervisor

  • Track miles and gallons through Microsoft Excel

  • Backhauls – assist with scheduling pickup appointments, assign to routes when needed

  • Review weekly uniform account and order uniforms

  • Provide backup to other administrative assistants

    Preferred Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of experience with data entry

  • Previous experience in transportation
