Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented quality thought leader to join our Quality Engineering Organization. As a leader, you will be given the responsibility of building, leading all aspects of quality engineering of backend components for our system. In this role, you will lead quality engineers in product development teams and will work side by side with development to fanatically ensure high-quality products. Our Engineering Organization brings engineering talent to the forefront and works closely to continuously deliver code to our customers that is reliable, scalable, and functional. We are looking for a quality leader who will help us continue our mission of providing a high-quality experience for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead software quality and testing activities on projects of medium to large size and complexity

  • Manage full QE/testing teams through all phases of the project lifecycle

  • Develop overall QE/testing strategy for client projects

  • Define Quality Metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency, and measure the overall quality of the Product

  • Partner with engineering and platform teams to leverage automation for scalable solutions to prevent regressions and ensure reliability of product

  • Help tackle cross-platform engineering challenges and contribute creative ideas to the improve quality

Education Required:

  • BSc. Degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification related to the field

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 7 years

Experience Preferred:

  • Minimum 3 years in Quality Engineering Lead designation and role.

    Licenses/Certifications Preferred:

  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner

Technical Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience in Java, Node JS, or equivalent coding language.

  • Strong knowledge in technologies such as Selenium, REST Assured, Jenkins, and Appium is essential.

  • Hands-on experience with test planning, test designing and execution, performance and stress testing, implementing and maintaining quality test automation.

  • Communication, analytical and problem-solving experience.

  • Web and API testing

Language Requirements:

  • Superb oral and written communication skills in English
