SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE:
The MAIS Sr. Manager - Infrastructure is responsible for executing the projects relating to the deployment, foldout or establishment of enterprise systems; managing business transfer activities for existing broadline and specialty companies, as well as integrating new acquisitions onto the Sysco technical platform.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct daily activities of MAIS technical and functional analysts
Manage specific job processes/projects as determined by leadership
Lead cross-functional support team during project activities within the SAP or SUS environment
Ensure onsite resources are scheduled to provide adequate and staffing coverage and support for cutover events
Direct daily support activities of indirect team resources
Facilitate the execution and support of deployment/foldout/transfer activities for all functional areas across the OpCo and BT
Review cutover/transfer execution and readiness plans (CEP, CRP, TEP, TRP) and associated collateral materials
Build relationships with OpCo Super Users and functional leads
Lead debriefs for the onsite team
Provide status updates to BT and business leadership
Assist team in escalating defects, issues, and incidents
Coordinate issue resolution
Identify OpCo associate knowledge gaps
Facilitate and organize additional coaching/training activities for OpCo associates
Facilitate lessons learned for each phase of the project
Other activities as deemed necessary and directed by BT Leadership

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree required in a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred (For internal associates, equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree)
- Minimum of 12 years of professional experience
Experience in a business process design role (or other similar) with large (e.g. $10M - $20M) business change initiatives that include design, documentation and optimization of enterprise level business solutions (i.e. people, process, technology)
5 years’ experience in application and infrastructure of technology integration including: collaboration tools, networks, servers, end user devices, data migration, and potential acquisition infrastructure due diligence.
12+ years’ of overall IT (or related area) work experience.
5+ years’ leading teams in functional or related areas.
5+ years’ experience in program management in both large and small-scale projects is an advantage.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Access, Project, and advanced Excel data manipulation and formatting.
Process teams: earnings optimization, procurement, sales, human resources and finance
Support teams: Including, but not limited to business intelligence, master data management, BT, information conversion, organizational effectiveness, basis, deployment, TECH-400, TECH-AIX
Operating company local teams – leadership and associates
