Sysco College Students - Become a Purchasing Intern in Unionville Center, Ohio

The SYGMA Network is now hiring a Purchasing Intern in Columbus, OH! We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team at the Columbus, OH Corporate office for a paid internship. Our Corporate office provides support services to our field associates and our functional areas include; Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Business Technology, Operations, Logistics, Human Resources. As an intern, you will research the viability of new programs and initiatives and present the results. You will provide complete buyer daily reports along with inventory analysis. Additionally you will be tasked with helping the Purchasing team complete customer price audits and providing feedback to the development team about improving processes. To qualify for the internship, you must currently be enrolled in a four year undergraduate program at an accredited university (rising senior preferred). You must have a GPA of 3.0 or above and preferred majors are Purchasing, Buying, Merchandising, or Supply Chain. Lastly you must be able to find transportation to and from the internship as long as be able to work full-time (40 hours/week).
