Job Summary:

The Hire-to-Retire process lead analyst will partner with a small group of process and technology experts and design the end-to-end business processes for HR. He/she will partner with HR, Finance, IT, and Shared Services to help design Sysco’s HR business processes by leveraging Workday and other HR tools. He/she will identify opportunities to centralize, standardize, and automate field HR processes, while providing flexibility at a local level to drive competitive advantage for Sysco. He/she will also help drive associate experience across Sysco’s global businesses, by providing easy, accurate, and timely access to people data and analytics for associates and managers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the strategy and design of end-to-end HR business processes, from the ground up, with the central focus on providing value to HR business partners as well as frontline associates and managers

  • Partner with IT and HR GBS teams and implement best practices within the Workday HCM technology infrastructure, including core HCM, payroll, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, and talent management modules

  • Build plan to implement Workday HCM globally, including Canada, U.K and certain other European countries, and Latin American countries

  • Drive HR business process improvements by clearly illustrating business value to all stakeholders, including ELT, business leaders, front-line managers, and associates

  • Cultivate strong relations with field operations leaders, finance, HR, and other stakeholders to understand key business challenges and leverage technology and process to address those challenges

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, HR, IT, or comparable disciplines

Experience Required:

  • 8-10 years managing global Workday HCM deployments as a lead functional analyst

Experience Preferred:

  • 5+ years serving in a business process design capacity within HR or HRIT functions

    Licenses/Certification Preferred:


Technical Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong experience in implementing Workday HCM functionality including HCM, Talent acquisition, Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and talent management modules

  • Extensive knowledge of the interconnectivity between the various sub-functions within HR

  • Experience in designing employee experience programs by leveraging self-service, mobile tools, chatbots, is a strong plus

  • Offer strong analytics knowledge including strong command of Excel or other planning tools

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to collaborate and work across functions within Sysco and with GPOs Knowledge of Food Services, preferred
