JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Analyst of Sales Enablement will join a team that will be responsible for helping Sysco transform how we enable one of the largest sales organizations in North America through industry-leading best practices and tools.

Specifically, this role will be responsible for delivering key components of programs and tools that enhance the frontline execution of sales processes. The role relies on a person's ability to partner with various teams to analyze and improve processes, develop business requirements, and partner with IT (Information Technology) and other stakeholders to solve challenges and scale solutions to 6000+ front line sales associates, sales leaders, and sales support professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders and leaders to develop organizational capabilities that enable our sales team

  • Collaborate with sales, technology, marketing, analytics, customer experience, and training teams as needed to develop and execute solutions

  • Develop materials, ad hoc tools, and reports required to support concept tests that develop new capabilities for the organization

  • Complete analysis to drive the business case for solutions

  • Work with business intelligence teams to deliver metrics that indicate success, both leading and lagging indicators

  • Work with technology partners to evaluate the match between business requirements and varying technology solutions available

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technology concentrations required

    Experience

  • 4+ years of professional work experience in a related discipline, e.g., sales business, functional or support role OR

  • 1-2 years working in a professional services organization

  • Expert in MS Office Suite

  • Experience working in Salesforce platform or other CRM (Customer Relationship Management) technologies

    Professional Skills

  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize feedback and direction from multiple stakeholders

  • Excellent presentation skills that can be tailored for audiences at multiple levels in the organization

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, using an analytical and logical approach to solve complex problems

  • Self-starter that is able to work independently, in a fast-paced environment while delivering high quality and service levels

  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple assignments at the same time

Work Environment

  • Must be able to travel to Sysco facilities or operating companies; up to 25% travel may be required in this role
