We are seeking a talented individual who is responsible for IT Asset Management including Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) management.


  • Maintain IT software and hardware asset tracking data in ServiceNow

  • Reconcile the CMDB data when exceptions are noted between CMDB, discovery information, and other authoritative production data repositories

  • Support design, development, and implementation of automated processes for gathering, populating, and maintaining Asset and CMDB data

  • Maintain precise documentation and accurate usage of the CMDB

    Enact system audit practices and conduct audits to ensure data integrity

  • Recommend Configuration Management procedures and standards for using the CMDB with the ServiceNow CSDM

    Communicate CMDB activities to enhance general awareness of processes and standards

  • Assist in continual process improvements around the IT Asset Management process and CMDB usage

Mandatory Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent

  • 3 - 5 years working in IT Asset Management, managing a Configuration Management Database (CMDB), or a combination of the two

  • 3 years reporting experience

  • 2 years ServiceNow experience

  • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundations certified


  • Ability to excel in a fast paced agile environment, adapt to shifting urgencies, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively manage key business stakeholder relationships

  • Highly proficient in teamwork and collaboration skills
